Why don’t you have any of these items in stock?
The truth is most lingerie stores do not stock any lingerie, and have the items drop shipped from the manufacturer directly to the customer. Some manufacturers do not offer drop shipping services, so some lingerie stores even claim to have items in stock and just make the customer wait forever for a product they ordered, without explanation.
I have been in the lingerie business for 10 years and refuse to base my business on lies and hype.
The main reason we do not stock these items are because they are expensive to carry inventories and there are so many size color options that we couldn’t carry and give the customer valuable options. As time goes on and we recognize customer favorites we will stock more items.
How long do I have to wait?
Most times as little as 1 week, but sometimes special sizes and colors are made to order and may take as long as 3 to 4 weeks. Overseas orders add an additional week to be sure they pass customs and everything.
Why must I prepay for an item that is not in stock?
This insures that we have a positive cash flow to order your products right away. Plus this cuts down on the likeliness of order cancellations.
Do you issue refunds and returns?
Nothing can send a business to the poor house quicker than alot of returns and refunds. On the other hand; I will do anything to make my customers happy, but please read descriptions and size charts carefully. Can I have this item overnight shipped?
No, I obviously can not overnight ship an item I do not have in stock. As soon as I get your order from the manufacturer, I ship 2-3 day priority via USPS ( you will be emailed tracking info). Overseas orders are shipped first class Airmail only with no tracking information.
Do you have any items in stock?
