This garter belt may cinch your waist 1/2″, and smooth out bulges a little, but there are better waist cinchers on the market for that. This item is primarily a very pretty garter belt, the back has an adjustable hook and eye closure. The garter straps are adjustable and removable. The cool thing is if you remove the garter straps it makes a really interesting fashion belt, as it looks nice with simple flowing dresses, poets shirts, sheer or slinky blouses. Pirate belt?

Straps- Bra straps and garter straps are removable and adjustable.
Boning- The boning actually stops in the middle of the garment to allow for the
belly band and then the boning continues after the belly band this helps to

Closures- The front has a row of hook and eye closures (to help squash it all
in) then a zipper to secure. The back has heavy duty laces and grommets so
