Lingerie & A Fat Chick?

Lingerie isn’t just for those skinny ladies
that blaze catwalks in Europe or those women jumping up and down exercising on
the tube, lingerie is for fat chicks too! I know because I am a fat chick and I
love lingerie…what’s even better?

Men love women in lingerie!

Lingerie is made in plus sizes, in some
pretty steamy styles and shopping online is the best way to find all of the plus
size lingerie any woman would love. Ten years ago I began looking for lingerie
and you would think that lingerie shop owner would carry a size 18 right…wrong!
That shop isn’t there anymore and that’s probably why.

Then I relied on discount stores, you know
all those stores that end in –mart! Which honestly some of the items they
carried were cute but they were cheap and didn’t last very long. I’m sure if
you’ve ever purchased anything from these places, you know what I mean. Lingerie
from these discount stores just doesn’t last and at times I wondered where they
got the models from to make those cheap pieces of lingerie because the stuff I
bought never flattered my curves!

The one day I came across a website full of
plus size lingerie and I almost didn’t place an order, I saw this icon that said
“contact us” so I e-mailed them with a size question. To may surprise just ten
minutes later I checked my e-mail and customer support had e-mailed me back to
give me exact measurements.

My very first order was a beautiful long off
white satin gown with adjustable shoulder straps that came with a sheik satin
and lace coat that matched. My husband actually picked it up from the post
office but he had no clue what is was because it didn’t have the words
‘lingerie’ plastered all over it and it was very discreet, it looked like a
normal package would. Ever since that day, I’ve ordered online and I’ve been so
glad because I have lingerie, nice lingerie!

I’m a curvaceous woman and there are parts
of my body that I want to accentuate, there’s lingerie made just for me thank
God! There are days when I want to wear lingerie just for me because I feel
feminine, days I want to show how sexy I feel or days when I just need to feel
sexy because we all have those days when we don’t feel so sexy. I have found
that by wearing just a simple pair of lacy panties has actually lifted my
spirits and made my day better, panties are just one of my own weaknesses.

I have thongs probably for every day of the
year, curve enhancing cheekies that my hubby loves and all kinds of bras too.
All of them I ordered online, I’ve even made friends with a few of the site
owners to get some attractive discounts but shhh… don’t tell anyone that!

My husband loves the fact that I wear
lingerie and that we can spice up our love life, I’ve even ordered some delicate
things for him! I have one set that’s a little racy you could say and my husband
was shocked when I threw it on, so was I! Who says I can’t wear a navy blue
corset with matching thongs? My hubby tells me I can wear those any day of the
week after the fun we’ve had with those. I hate to admit this but I wore them
under a dress to a funeral once, my hubby put his arm around me and he felt
something familiar…he said, “what are you wearing under there?”

We left early!

The fact is lingerie is made for every woman and it’s an
old boring cliché to think that lingerie is something that thin women are only
entitled to. My advice to any woman who is looking for something to liven up the
wardrobe is to grab a few nice pieces of lingerie, just don’t let it turn into a
shopping hobby like mine has become unless you fall in love with lingerie too!

Blue -Is the most popular favorite
colors to both genders. Blue Signifies wisdom ,trust, and loyalty. That is why
most police officers are dressed in blue & blue is the favorite color for job
interviews. Use cool Blue in your wardrobe to produce a calming effect. Darker Shades of Blue have the same
effects black.

Green- Is Symbolic of nature,
including rain forests, leaves, peace. also symbolic of luck, money, youth,
renewal, & hope. Green is neutral on the emotional scale but can evoke feelings of freedom & acceptance.

Purple-Is symbolic for royalty,
luxury, wealth. Purple does not occur often in nature some may feel it
artificial. However on the emotional side purple evokes feelings of passion,
romance and sensitivity. Purple seems to get attention due to the lack of seeing it often.

Yellow-Pure
lemon bright yellow is associated with cheerfulness and happiness but beware as this color actually hurts eyes to look at. Choose softer shades to ease the eye discomfort. Or Use Bright yellow in moderation in accessories & trims. Do not completely over look this in lingerie though because it brings feelings playfulness and warmth & easy going attitude.

Orange is associated with warmth ,
contentment, wholesomeness & is most known to arouse the appetite. Orange may be a useful color for those couples whom like to eat together in bed or enjoy adult edible products.

Brown- Earthy, woodsy, Neutral. Brown
Creates an ambiance of solidity ,strength and maturity. Studies have shown that men like this color more then women. Brown creates an open atmosphere for men.

Why Thin Women Envy Buxom Women

My best friend never knew it, but I always
envied her curves. Me, rail-thin and shapeless couldn’t even fill out a
bra, let alone find one outside of the preteen department. When we went
lingerie shopping together, I lived vicariously through her luscious breasts and
full backside. In department store fitting rooms, the skin pressing against lace
was so tactile in appearance, the straining satin sensuous. I looked like a boy
in comparison to her—a little, prepubescent boy. But she was all woman!

The sad thing was—she envied me.
Little scrawny me. My jeans sagged in the bottom and necklines showed off the
expanse of flatness that was my chest. When we primped ourselves for a night
out, her thighs held fishnet stockings in place underneath her skirt while I was
resigned to slacks. Even her calves were rounded sexily—they looked beautiful
from behind when she walked in high-heeled shoes in the style that a 50’s
Hollywood star would wear.

And in fact, she did remind me of someone
out of a glamorous, by-gone era. Like a Marilyn Monroe with slick black hair.

She once greeted me in long silk nightgown hemmed in feathers, the fabric
clinging to her breasts and draping off her thighs.

When we were seen together, I saw the
rubbernecking men ogle her as she swayed past. She always said they were
looking at me—but she was wrong. I was invisible in comparison!

One day, she asked me for assistance. She
was ordering lingerie online. There was a whole page of corsets—again, like for
someone out of a past era—open in front of us. Some had laces, some snaps.

Some were long, some were straight, and some were curved. Some had cut-outs at
the bust, some were boned, and some were made of fine, stretchy, see-through
mesh. They were beautiful!

“Wow,” I breathed in awe. “You could wear
any of them and you would look great!”

“I don’t know,” she responded, uncertain.
But she was blushing with pleasure.

We decided on one that would cinch her at
the waist and lift her breasts almost to her shoulders. The day it arrived in
an unassuming-looking package, she waited for me to come over to help her try it
on. Wearing only a skirt, she handed me the garment. Gently, we adjusted it
around her form, and I helped her pull the laces tight in the back, tying a neat
little bow at the bottom. She turned around. I was staring at someone who was
no, not large, but larger-than-life. Like a movie star, princess, or
seductress, my friend could have enchanted anyone into serving her for whatever
purposes she desired.

And in fact, hadn’t I played the part of
servant, helping her into her clothes? Really—isn’t that the way it should have
been? She was what I dreamed of being—bold, beautiful, rounded in all the right
places, soft to the touch, but strong too. She was what all women dreamed of
being, which was any man’s fantasy—but a real, tangible, in-the-flesh female
